  I have been attending First United Methodist Church in Waynesville for the past six months. I am now very happy and excited to say that I am officially becoming a member of First United Methodist Church on Sunday June 11th at the 8:40 service. I feel as though I have finally found my home. the people here are so warm and friendly and they go out of their way to be helpful. I really can't say enough good things about them. And there are so many really wonderful programs and activities provided for all age groups that it is a veritable feast.

  We've been members here for over 20 years, and have never been part of a more loving and caring church family. Whether your preference is for a wonderful contemporary service or a traditional service with full choir, organ, and liturgy- you could not find a better church home. More importantly, all have the opportunity for service through many local, national and international ministries.

  Excellent and open congregation! Very active in the community and all around the world. The youth activities are top notch, and the chancel choir is world class. All are truly welcome here.

  Vibrant church. Very welcoming. Fantastic music led by professional Scott Taylor. Amazing ministers Sandy & Susan Giles and Becky Brown. Lots of programs and activities. Felt at home on first visit. WOW feeling every time I am there!

  The activities are non-stop and there s something for all ages. The after school opportunities for children are wonderful. Love the music program especially. The sanctuary is so inviting and worshipful.
